Muhammad Omer Ahmed (Microsoft Certified Trainer and AI Project Manager)
Mr. Muhammad Omer Ahmed is a seasoned Project Manager, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and IT Professional with over a decade of diverse experience in technology integration, digital transformation, and educator training. He holds a master’s degree in information technology from the Virtual University of Pakistan and has led multiple national-scale projects across healthcare, education, and technology sectors. He began his professional journey in the telecommunications industry, later moving into educational technology and process automation. During his tenure at the Punjab Group, he successfully deployed Microsoft 365 across campuses, trained hundreds of educators, and managed nationwide certification programs in collaboration with Microsoft and Certiport. Mr. Omer has expertise in Digital Literacy, AI Tools, Data Analytics, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Technologies, enabling learners to bridge the gap between traditional systems and modern digital solutions. His passion lies in empowering individuals to adapt, learn, and thrive in the rapidly evolving digital world. Currently, he serves as a Project Manager at The Service Group (Transcure) and as a Trainer for the DigiSkills program, where he focuses on building 21st-century digital skills among Pakistani learners.
